More plugged in but less connected

I have a love-hate relationship with technology. As much as my phone and computer are valuable tools that I couldn’t live without, I find they’re also incredible time wasters and, worse yet, they may even distract me from putting effort into real-life interaction from time to time. This was especially true when I was working from home. And it makes me think that, while we have all this technology designed to keep us connected, it kind of feels like we’re less connected than ever. This seems especially true after the pandemic. On the other hand, though, it also seems like a lot of people are craving human interaction again, especially as things begin to go back to normal. So, if I could offer my unsolicited two cents based solely on my own personal opinions and observations, I would recommend that you focus some of your content creation on the community aspect of your coworking space. After all, it’s such an incredible aspect of what you offer for members—and I’m speaking from experience. And I believe it’s something that’s going to appeal even more deeply to people going forward.
