Case study: content distribution for Lucid Private Offices

I wanted to share a quick look at a project that might help get you inspired to supercharge your content distribution.

I recently had the chance to help the Lucid Private Offices team turn a series of raw member spotlight videos into polished multichannel content assets.

This project is a great example of content distribution at work.

Here's the process we followed:

One raw video + photos
Edited video focused on flow, audience-oriented messaging, and branding
YouTube video + description
Search-optimized blog post + embedded interview video
Tailored video clips, captions, and CTAs for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Member-focused content for Lucid's newsletters

That's how you take one idea or asset and make it available in a variety of formats.

In turn, you're broadening the surface area of your business and giving your audience as many chances as possible to bump into you, no matter where they spend time online.

This project also really highlights the value of capturing high-quality video and photo assets to support your marketing (bonus points for capturing multiple angles of the same interview).

The key to content success is diversification. So, if you're creating one asset and leaving it as one asset, you're missing a massive opportunity.

If you want help building or boosting your content distribution strategy, I can help. Book a free consultation with me today.

AI search is talking about your coworking space (and it might be getting it wrong)

If AI can't find accurate information about your coworking space, it doesn't just say "I don't know." It guesses. Or worse, it hallucinates details that sound plausible but are flat-out wrong.
