Our origin story:
a coworking tale in the making
For nearly a decade, we’ve worked exclusively with flexible office space operators. We've immersed ourselves in this world to understand its nuances, track its evolution, and find real ways to help it grow.
Out of that experience, we’ve built proven content marketing strategies designed specifically for coworking—not borrowed from other industries or force-fit from unrelated playbooks.
We create smart, tailored marketing that works with your business model—not against it.
Content marketing is our toolkit. Coworking is our passion. And everything we do is about helping this industry thrive.

How we got here
2017
Founded
Talemaker was originally founded by Taylor Mason as a copywriting business serving clients across a variety of industries. A decade into his public relations career, Taylor started the company as a side hustle to channel his creativity and tap into his entrepreneurial ambitions.
2018
First coworking client
Taylor landed his first coworking client based in Toronto, Canada, and started getting more deeply engrained in the flexible office industry.
2019
Full-time
Taylor left his PR career to pursue Talemaker full-time. As a way to get out of his home office, he moved into a coworking space and realized the real value and impact that coworking spaces offered for professionals like himself. He made it his mission to support the growth of this industry. So, he went all-in on the flexible office world.
2020
Strategic pivot
Recognizing the opportunity to evolve from copywriting into a more comprehensive offering, Taylor pivoted Talemaker into content marketing.
2025
Full-service content agency
Since 2020, Talemaker has grown into the coworking industry’s only content marketing agency, comprising a team21 of specialized contractors.
Since 2019, we have evolved from a copywriting shop serving coworking operators to a full-service content marketing agency catering to every facet of the flexible office industry, from operators to franchisors, consultants, and service providers.
