Don’t underestimate the power of a newsletter

I had a really good call with a potential new client this week, and they said something that really stuck with me…They don’t do PPC and they don’t do paid ads of any type. So, right now, their newsletter is virtually their only external marketing tool. And, with that being said, they wanted to find a way to supercharge their newsletter and make it the engine of their marketing (alongside creating some incredible blog content).I loved hearing this because it’s something I generally advocate for but rarely hear as a priority from clients. For coworking spaces, I’m convinced that an incredible newsletter is one of your most powerful tools if you can harness its potential. It all comes down to making your newsletter hyperfocused on what your ideal members want to read. You need to make it all about them and less about you.Think of it as something they’ll get excited to open every time they see it because they know it will be packed full of stuff they love. And, in doing so, you’ll build incredible affinity between your members and prospects and your space.
