Content can be your tiebreaker

In my last post, I talked about how self-serve information is a vital sales tool.

And another important thing to realize is this:

Your content can be the tiebreaker for someone trying to choose between your space and your competition.

Why?

Because it helps them get a better understanding of:

  • Your brand
  • Your value proposition
  • How your space will benefit them
  • The kinds of people who will be working in the building with them
  • What they might learn from your events and seminars
  • Whether they’ll feel at home and be productive in your space

Using a coworking space is as much a personal experience as it is a professional one. And, by using content to showcase exactly what your space offers and who it’s for, you can sway your ideal members to join your space instead of the other options they have in the area.
