Onboarding and pipeline build is typically 2–3 weeks. Each automation package adds another 1–2 weeks depending on scope and complexity. Most clients have a working system live within 6–8 weeks of starting.
Not necessarily. It's smart to have the pipeline and automations in place before leads start coming, so you're capturing everything from day one. That said, the more leads and members flowing through your business, the more impact you'll see.
Yes. Automations are modular by design. After the initial build, I can scope new automation packages whenever your business needs them, with each one priced per project based on what we now know about your operation.
Most clients migrate to ActiveCampaign because it has the automation logic and CRM features that coworking actually needs. The other platforms can work in some cases, but if you're committed to your current platform, that's something we'll talk through during discovery.
No. Onboarding + Pipeline and Automations are standalone engagements that you own after the build. Maintenance + Growth is the optional ongoing partnership for newsletters, broadcasts, monitoring, and optimization. Most clients add it because the system gets sharper month over month, but it's not required.
List size doesn't matter for the build. Most coworking lists are messy when I get there. Cleanup, organization, and segmentation are part of the foundation work.
Yes. Single-location operators, multi-location operators, expanding operators, and franchise systems. The system scales to fit, scoped to whatever you're running.
Maintenance + Growth is month-to-month with 30 days notice. The system keeps running on your account whether I'm involved or not. You own the infrastructure either way.
Yes. They're separate engagements but they work well together. Email is the conversion engine. Content is the visibility engine. Many clients build one first and add the other later.
