When a consumer is no longer happy in their relationship with a brand, they’ll either disconnect decisively or ignore them completely hoping they get the message.Just like personal relationships, this can either happen immediately because of one big thing or over the course of time because of a series of small let-downs.And, just like personal relationships, the ones you have with your prospective and existing members take proactive effort to maintain.So, invest in going above and beyond to bring as much value as possible to that relationship.
